Atlas are proud to have exhibited at the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce Networking Conference & Business Showcase, held in St. George’s Market, Belfast. With over 90 exhibitors, including new perspective customers, current clients and some of our suppliers, it was a fantastic opportunity to network and engage with a plethora of interesting people.
The conference also provided a unique platform to showcase Atlas World business segments illustrating the scope of our abilities and technical skills in Fire & Security, Energy, Audio Visual and Maintenance.

With over 40,000 search queries being processed every second, which translates to over 3.5 billion searches per day and 1.2 trillion searches per year worldwide, Gori stressed the importance of businesses reaching their customers online. The interactive presentation illustrated the power of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), provided insightful links on accessing the performance of your website with different devices, 5 steps to Google Analytics success, steps to managing a successful campaign and how to create engaging landing pages, all areas which are essential within this digital age. Such an engaging presentation that kept the audience on the edge of their seats.
Paul O’Kane provided top tips and insider information on how Dublin Airport has gained a huge follower base on social media. The key message was that every business should tell their story online, by doing this it humanises the brand and therefore encourages your audience to engage. Story telling is central to building a relationship with your audience, post information in your authentic voice, talk to your customers and encourage them to leave comments. Paul showed many examples of successfully social media postings and the level of exposure gain through no cost at all.
The event offered two speed networking opportunities, one starting at 10:40am and the other at 12:15pm this allowed businesses to pitch to other perceptive customers on the products and service that they could offer. This will not be the last time that we support the NI Chamber events, it was great to meet everyone and we hope to talk to you soon.
