Customer Service Administrator

Location:                        Atlas World, Glenbank, 720 Crumlin Road, Belfast, BT14 8AD

Hours:                            8:30am – 5:00pm (Monday to Thursday)

                                       8:30am – 4:00pm (Friday)  

Salary:                            Negotiable (depending upon experience

Reporting to:                 Accounts/ Office Manager


The successful Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to:

·         Invoicing and general administration duties

·         Planning the engineers and sub-contractors schedules

·         Answering telephone calls and liaising with customers on a daily basis

·         Logging information onto our in-house IT system (CASH)

·         Producing and generating reports

·         Attending meetings


The successful candidate will have:

·         Previous customer service experience (preferable)

·         Good communication skills and excellent telephone manner

·         Ability to work autonomously and within a team

·         Strong & diligent work ethic with a good eye for detail
